- 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3/4-1 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. strawberry jam
Combine all ingredients, except strawberry jam, and refrigerate in a deep bowl sprayed with cooking spray, covered, overnight. The next day, turn bowl upside down and remove the cheese. Spoon out the middle of the cheese to form a well. Let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature. Fill the well with strawberry jam and arrange crackers around the cheese ball on a plate or platter.
