- 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1.4 c. beer
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Pimiento, chopped
Combine cheese, beer, butter, mustard, and cayenne in a bowl and mix until incorporated. Stir in chives and pimiento. Serve with assorted crackers, apple and pear slices.
